Prerequisites

  1. Need to have a valid ZOHO CRM account.

Steps to add new Customer/Accounts in Priority

  1. Login to the ZOHO CRM cloud portal. The home page of the ZOHO CRM can be viewed below.

  1. Navigate to the menu ACCOUNTS in the home page for adding new customers.

  1. On clicking Accounts, the account window opens up. Click on the + symbol to add a new Account/Customer in ZOHO CRM.

  1. Fill up the details in the form that opens up.

  1. Once done with filling up the details, click on the SAVE Button.
